The Aiva Skirt is a relaxed everyday style made from smooth, 100% organic cotton. The flat front waistband has an elasticated back, giving it a degree of structure while still remaining loose and free-flowing. Available in a beautiful olive tone, this skirt has been designed to sit above the knee and has side pockets for added functionality. Pair with our Aiva Top to instantly take an outfit from day to night.

Material

100% Organic Cotton

This fabric has a smooth, matte surface with a structured form giving the final garment a sophisticated, crisp appearance. Cotton fabrics are cool, comfortable and breathable.

Organic cotton is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers or hazardous pesticides, which protects biodiversity and waterways and builds and maintains soil fertility.

The organic cotton for this fabric was sourced from India.

Maker

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe and compliant.

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits.  

Size and Fit

This skirt has a flat front and an elastic back waistband for extra comfort and flexible fit. The fit around the waist is regular and the key points to check for best size are around the waist and the length. The skirt has been designed to sit just above the knee.

All garments are measured flat (not on body) and then doubled (except the length) to calculate the total circumference. To work out what size will suit you best, flat measure an item that fits you well and use this as a guide. Please contact us if you have any questions or need more information.
